The brief
Developers selling off the plan need a brand before there's a building to show. Each project needed its own name, look and story to carry the sales campaign.
The work
As creative director at NPA Projects, I led the brands and creative for more than 20 property campaigns. I wrote and designed each one, then directed the photography, video and talent that brought it to market. Projects include Nineteen First Avenue, Belvue Broadwater, Broadfield Merrimac, Harbourside Villas, Sana Miami and Sunset Broadbeach.
