M3GA & Trained to Go (TTG)

Scope: Brand strategy · Positioning · Messaging framework · Visual identity · Creative direction · Apparel · Digital · Events

M3GA came to Studio Joel with a strong culture but no clear language to describe it. The brief was to build a complete brand ecosystem for both M3GA and its training platform Trained to Go (TTG) — two interconnected brands that needed to feel unified without becoming identical.

The work started where it always does: strategy first. Before a single mark was drawn, Studio Joel defined who each brand is, who it speaks to, and what it stands for. This gave the team a decision-making framework — a way to look at any piece of communication and know immediately whether it was on-brand or off.

From that foundation, Studio Joel developed the visual identity, messaging architecture, and a rollout that spanned apparel, events, digital, and social. The result is a brand system that feels instinctive to the people inside it and unmistakable to the people looking in.

Chris developed a framework that allowed us to articulate in just a few words why visuals and messaging succeeded or failed.  What stood out most was his ability to take something that felt instinctive to us and turn it into a structured, scalable system. Not just something that looks good, but something we can apply across everything.
