AI-generated imagery was used to express the story of Joseph because of its dream-like nature. Firstly, dreams are often characterised by their surreal and fantastical elements, and AI-generated imagery has the ability to create visually stunning and otherworldly landscapes that mimic the ethereal quality of dreams.

Furthermore, AI-generated imagery can evoke a sense of ambiguity and mystery, much like dreams themselves. Dreams are often open to interpretation, and their surreal nature leaves room for multiple meanings and perspectives. Similarly, AI-generated imagery can be open-ended, leaving the viewer to engage with the story of Joseph on a more personal and subjective level. This ambiguity adds an element of intrigue and invites the audience to reflect and interpret the visuals in their own unique way.

This combined with a quirky Wes Anderson style also gives an element of ‘fun’ as the series encourages listeners to “dream again”.
